De-stress to avoid distress
Research is more difficult if you're tired, stressed, angry or sick. Successful students know how to add campus resources to their research team. These resource may include:
- the Health Center
- "nap" rooms
- the fitness center
- location of healthy snacks and water
- safe walking trails
- Counselors and Advisors
Also, if you're on campus past dark, find out if your security center offers an escort service to walk you to your vehicle.
