Acknowledge in Two Places

Generally, in written projects you acknowledge, or cite sources, in two places:
- First: Create the bibliographic citation (complete description of the source) that will go in the Bibliography (list at the end of your paper)
- Second: Put a brief reference to the source in the body of your work, right next to where the information is used. This is called a brief citation or in-text citation. The brief citation is usually the author's last name, and possibly, page numbers or dates. The purpose of this brief reference (or in-text-citation) is to point your reader to the full reference (citation) in the Bibliography.
